Now there is a new trend of dessert which is very popular called “Chocolate bird.”

Mr. Gulico the director of the sweet dessert company said that now there’s a new dessert which is very popular in people age over 40 years old. That is a chocolate bird which made from a whole real bird coated with dark chocolate.

The seller usually sells it in the night market or restaurant. 

The reason why this menu is very popular because the consumer believe that this birds have many benefits such as prevent them from age wrinkle, make them stronger, produce collagen in body up to 95%, but there are no the real nutrition facts from the laboratory. 

Dr. Simon Cee lo the director of St.John hospital said that “I don’t think that this dessert would help the consumer much. There are no benefits in this dessert to eat it with the chocolate because chocolate will increase the blood pressure in people age around 40-70 years old. 

And, there is no special vitamin or high collagen from this bird because as a matter of nutrition facts this bird is the same with little chicken and some birds are quite dangerous because we also found this kind of bird near the chemical factory.”
