Healthy Orange Juice

Hi guys! 


My topic is about healthy food and juice recipes. So, today I'll tell you about the most favorite juice recipe called "Healthy Orange Juice".



As you know for a long time that  orange has many benefits from many  research show that orange juice help your digestive system work regularly, reduce the risk from being heart-attack and protect you from  common cold. Also orange juice has high vitamin c which can make your skin brighter and you'll feel fresh after have one cup.




Here is the ingredients :))
1. Fresh orange            1     kg.
2. Salt                          1/2  tea spoon
3. Honey                      2     table spoon


*The reason why we have to put salt and honey because it will make your orange juice more tasty. Why I use honey instead of sugar because honey not fat like sugar. So, it is very good for your health.


Let's do it!


1. first put one orange in to your palm and squeeze it tightly to make the orange skin's inside        soft and easy to get juice.







2. cut orange into 2 pieces as the picture and remove seeds.





3. Squeeze one half of orange in the juicer the more you squeeze is the more juice you'll get.





4. Use the spoon to get the pulp from orange and put the pulp into your juice.





5. Have a drink of your homemade healthy orange juice! For better taste you must put your juice in the refrigerator to make it cool before drink.



Easy to do and good for your health right?
